If your home or business was damaged or destroyed by Hurricane Ian, United Policyholders’ Roadmap to Recovery® program will be on Pine Island in August and September 2024 to help answer your remaining insurance questions. United Policyholders (UP) is an independent nonprofit organization not affiliated with the insurance industry whose mission is to be a trustworthy and useful information resource and a respected voice for U.S. consumers of all types of insurance. They can help guide you in valuing and documenting your loss, understanding insurance rules, settling your insurance claims fairly and finding qualified professional, charitable and government help.
- When: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27; Monday, Sept. 9; and Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2024
- Where: Greater Pine Island Alliance office, 10484 Stringfellow Road, Suite 2, St. James City, FL 33956
- No appointment is necessary. You will be served on a first-come, first-served basis.
